Russia’s Rostelecom to adopt new management incentive plan
MOSCOW, Jun 21 (PRIME) -- Russian state-controlled telecom giant Rostelecom will adopt a new program to stimulate managers until the end of 2016, President Sergei Kalugin told reporters Tuesday.
“(The incentive program) is being worked out. Our current plan expires this year. Correspondingly, we hope to adopt a new one until the end of the year,” Kalugin said, adding that the new initiative will also involve middle management.
“The aim of the program is to motivate people who create value for the company, who put forward new ideas or implement new products. We want to engage creative people in the company for a lengthy period,” he said.
Mass media reported earlier in June quoting sources that a new stimulation program worked out by consulting company EY for 2017–2020, could be extended not only to high-ranking executives, but also to ordinary staff.
